Meet T.J.
T.J. Heinemann is a knowledgeable and experienced attorney based in Palm City, Florida who has dedicated his law practice to building and maintaining trust and long-term relationships with his clients and their families. T.J. takes the time to listen to each of his client's concerns with compassion and answers their questions from an educational approach, so they fully understand their options. He works closely with clients to plan and manage the steps needed to achieve their goals.
Areas of Practice: T.J. devotes his law practice to the specialties of estate planning, asset protection, probate and trust administration, charitable giving, business planning and real estate law.
Education: In 1991, T.J. earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from the University of Florida where he was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society and Keramos, a Materials Science & Engineering Honor Society.
T.J. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology, with Highest Honors, from the University of Florida in 1994, followed by his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 1997. In 1998, T.J. graduated from the University of Miami, where he received his Master of Laws degree in Estate Planning.
Court Admissions: T.J. is admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.
Bar Memberships: T.J. is a member of the Florida Bar and of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and Tax Section of the Florida Bar.
Professional Memberships: T.J. is a member of the Martin County Bar Association.
Family & Interests: When T.J. is not serving his clients, he is busy enjoying his role as “Dad” to three wonderful kids, who are growing up far too quickly.
